Congratulations Karrah Miller

The Historic Downtown Program has undergone some difficult times in the past year. One person who has been constantly guiding the organization and keeping it on track is Program Assistant Karrah Miller. Karrah has been part of the Historic Downtown Program's staff for the past three years and has maintained the organization through transition periods by continuing the existing programs, continuing to do all of the day-to-day operations, and assisting downtown businesses with questions and concerns. Karrah's great leadership is why she has been selected as the State-Wide 2008 Staff Member of the Year.
