Pendleton Plans Busy Spring

During the Month of March, the Ohio County Elementary and Middle School students along with the high school art students will have their work on display at the Pendleton Art Center located on Main Street. The show will open on Friday, March 5th with an opening reception from 5 - 9. The show will run through Friday, March 26. These students are under the direction of art teachers, Miss Linda Paeth and Miss Sue Hart. Come out and enjoy the works of these young artists.

In April, we will have on display a show full of painted, wrapped, and stuffed chairs along with some beautiful works of art as artists show some interior designs. This is a juried exhibition under the direction of local fiber artist Sandra Wiehe, who also has an art quilting studio located at the Pendleton Art Center. This show will run Friday, April 2 with a reception from 5 -9 and will remain on display for all to enjoy through Friday, April 23.
