Business Development Center Members are provided access to a copy and fax machine, meeting space, administrative support, and a resource library.

Business Training through the Small Business Administrative satellite office in Rising Sun providing workshops, resources and business counseling.

Low Interest Loan Programs Micro Loans up to $7,500 at 3.5% and Revolving Loans up to $120,000.00 at 3.5%.  The Rebuild America Program provides low interest loans for energy efficiency improvements.

Signage Program reimburses 50% of the cost of signage up to $1000.

Cooperative Marketing Programs Historic Downtown works closely with the Rising Sun/Ohio County Tourism Bureau to market downtown events such as the monthly ‘First Friday’ weekends, Rising Sun Rodeo, and Navy Bean Fall Festival.  Advertising is placed in local, regional and national media, drawing visitors to events and bringing new businesses to Rising Sun.
